- BTbrad trumpieJun 20, 20255.0We truly appreciated the groomer's willingness to accept our senior long-haired cat, who was matted, knotted, and snarled from her six months in 'keeping' between foster homes aa shelter between adopted her. No one else expressed the least willingness to take her case. She was treated with dignity and care, and her shavedown stopped when her stress level dictated. A very heartening experience, would definitely recommend this shop.

She had quite a bit of matting and they were able to get it all off, without any nicks to her skin. She smelled so good when I picked her up and she didn’t seem stressed out at all, just sleepy if anything. Highly recommend :)

Update- Four years later and I have a new shih tzu. But I will always bring my dogs here. They are so friendly and still do a fantastic job!!
