We are accepting new patients now.
In the beginning of March 2026 we had to make the difficult decision to have our 16 yea old cat put down. I had called Banfield first to inquire about pricing and the process. We decided to go with them.
The entire staff was very kind, compassionate and caring during the entire thing. They were very quick to get us into a private room, they had privacy buffers up, and lit a small "candle" to make others aware of the very difficult time we were having. We were allowed as much time with our girl as possible, and they completed the procedure with the utmost kindness, compassion and care.
When I went to pick up her cremains about a week and half later, the compassion and kindness was there again. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who may have to make the difficult decision. They were amazing, and I will forever cherish not only my sweet girl, but the amazing staff at this location.

At first, I was hesitant to taking my dog to a corporate veterinarian office. However, I have been so pleased with how he has been taken care of the ease of getting an appointment and the availability of multiple office. If my home office doesn’t have openings for an appointment I can always take them anywhere in the area. It’s a great service. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always knowledgeable. Kind and good to my pet.

This place was great when we first started using them, after moving to the Robinson area. That was 2 1/2 years ago. Fast forward, and the ppl who answer the phone and wait on you are rude. To try and schedule one of my puppies for an appointment was taking months just to be seen. Well we finally got an appointment, sat in a waiting room for 2 HOURS, and got no help. No one at the reception counter to ask for help. So we left. And won't be back.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
