I’m calling now during business hours, it only rings once and goes straight to voicemail saying it’s out of hours and it hangs up. I try calling back a few different times and says line is busy terrible phone service. Want to give them a try, but can’t ever reach anyone! Had this happen in September 2025 too and when I finally did get a hold it was a couple months out which is why we went to a different vet. Update 3/24: I was finally able to get a hold of someone this morning. That being said, must have been too busy because I’m wanting to be a new patient, that they would have to call me back later this week regarding openings. I get it can be busy, but you’re a receptionist isn’t it your job to schedule appointments? Like put me on hold for a few minutes to check people in there in person and then help me like normal receptionists/admin do. It’s also frustrating that they don’t have the ability to let customers leave messages on their answering machine Responding to owner response below- it’s hard to reach any of you and book an appointment when no one really answers the phone, AND the website scheduler says yall are booked solid through June.
