  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the grooming department at this Petco. After two separate appointments, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others. Despite paying nearly $200 per visit, the quality of service has been consistently substandard. Specifically: • Incomplete Grooming: On both occasions, my dogs were returned with matted tails. I was told this was due to "winter weather," which is exactly why I sought professional grooming in the first place. Hair was left under their paws, and the requested "princess cut" on their feet was completely ignored. • Paid Services Not Rendered: I paid for teeth cleaning that was clearly not performed. • Management Failure: I contacted the store directly to resolve these issues. I was promised a callback from the Store Manager, but I never received one. As a customer, I expected both professional grooming standards and basic communication. Neither was met. I am returning to PetSmart for future services as I no longer trust this location with my pets' care or my time.

  NO star is needed for the service I didn't receive .I booked a appointment online for my dog they had a open on same day which was 2/9/2026 I was surprised also for 4:00 pm so I been to get ready I had only 2 hours to get on my way. I received emailed with appointment id 68792093 I was booked signed agreement for service . PETCO asked questions about dog grooming I signed waiver for matted dog it was extra cost ok NO PROMBLEM. I was 15 minutes late, tech gave me a hard time during registration already about a account with telephone number ,I told him this isn't my dog first time here. We got passed that only to still not get services. He says oh your dog is to matted. I says she had Matt's before in it was no PROMBLEM. I said why do your company have me sign a agreement online about special treatment for matting than to drive here 1 hour to get turned away is crazy!. I told him in co worker that they never was going to service me anyway in felt everything as soon when I walked thru the door. NO WELCOME OR HELLO ARE ANYTHING. Bottom of the story I asked to speak to higher up still no luck.Need to say I was very pissed! People DONOT WANT TO DO THEIR WORK! PETCO LOSS MY BUSINESS FOR SURE ! 9717 Roosevelt Blvd .SAD company in very UNPROFESSIONAL .NO REFERRALS NO ADVICE JUST NO NOTHING!
