- MKMaryna KolbyshavaApr 5, 20261.0This was honestly a very disappointing and upsetting experience. The groomer behaved in a completely unprofessional and cold manner. It genuinely felt like she does not like her job and, even worse, does not like dogs — and it showed clearly in how she treated them. What made it even more concerning is that she recorded a video and sent it to customers. Instead of being reassuring, it only highlighted how uncomfortable and stressed the dogs were. That was a mistake — it made the situation look even worse. She also stated that she is “not allowed” to calm or comfort a nervous dog, even if it’s the dog’s very first grooming appointment. That makes absolutely no sense. Later, the manager confirmed that there is no such policy, which raises serious questions about the groomer’s attitude and approach. Overall, this was not just unprofessional — it was concerning. Dogs deserve patience, care, and compassion, especially during something stressful like grooming. This experience showed the complete opposite.

The tech says she does not do dog nails that are black so she would buff them instead. After a day or two I'm disappointed for he still scratches everyone. I paid full price I will not return.
