  Highly disappointed 😞, I came in and explained that although I was having my dog groomed. I really came to get his nails clipped. Well instead of calling me to tell me that couldn't be done, in which case I would not have gotten any services done at all. I still had to pay for a service I didn't need only to have to take him elsewhere to get his nails clipped. Please in the future , give clients options !! I wont be back!!

  I have been bringing my dogs to Petco for grooming for 8 and 3 years respectively, and until now, we’ve never had an issue. Both of my dogs are small (under 20 pounds) and rescues with trauma histories, and every groomer we've worked with has shown compassion, patience, and professionalism — until today. The stylist they had yesterday, Arianna, was incredibly unprofessional and shockingly rude. She repeatedly referred to one of my dogs as “unmanageable” and said “Why can’t he be normal?” — not once, but multiple times. This is a deeply offensive thing to say about any animal, let alone a rescue who has come so far in his healing. She went on to say, “They need anxiety medication, but if they’re on it they can’t be seen here,” which is both inappropriate and wildly out of line. She is not a veterinarian and has no business making medical or psychiatric recommendations about my pets. Her comments were not only hurtful — they were completely unprofessional. Arianna also dismissed our longstanding history with Petco grooming and snidely suggested, “You had a groomer you were seeing consistently — maybe you should go back to her.” If a professional dog groomer can’t handle two small, anxious dogs — something Petco advertises as being equipped to manage — then she simply should not be employed in this role. The lack of empathy, respect, and basic customer service was appalling. This experience was not only disappointing, it was insulting. I won’t be bringing my dogs back to this location and sincerely hope Petco reviews who they choose to employ to handle sensitive animals and speak to paying customers.

  Horrible. Just moved across the country and it's always nerve-wracking trying to find a decent groomer. I let the groomer know how my dogs cut has been for years and even called his previous groomer during drop off to get the correct directions. My dog barely looks like he got a cut, his face is too long, and his private areas weren't even shaved/cut. On top of that, they try to get a tip from you before you even see your pet. Red flag. I called the next morning (because it closed when I picked him up) to let them know my dissatisfaction and the lady said she would have someone call me back to fix it. That was 6 days ago with no call back. Sucks because this was close to me, but I'll have to continue my search elsewhere.

  My dog is a bit reactive especially to nail trimming. The stylist was so sweet and understanding and took the time to meet my pup and calm him down during the service. Highly recommend!

  I have been to several Petcos to get my puppers groomed and this one is the best thus far. The girls working there were so friendly and helpful. The store staff was great too! Will be back!
