We reached there to find the door closed even though the grooming time starts at 8. Once the door opened we walked in to a couple of employees who we not interactive and has short responses. Once we entered the grooming area we saw no one till a lady came out to tell us that our groomer had not come yet . After waiting for 29 minutes with another gentleman in a similar situation. We were told that they did not even know the contact of the groomer lady. We left with no apologies from any of the staff. Later we get a text that says ' Sorry we missed you' Did not see a smiling face this whole visit.
