She had a smart and aggressive tone and seem annoyed at her career choice. She didn’t do that great of a job and my one dog still has a lot of hair covering her eye. She banned my other dog saying she snapped at her but never have an issue at other locations. Iam not pleased with my service at all and I won’t be returning to the location again. Completely Dis satisfied with the grooming that was done .. both dogs are choppy ! 🙄😒

The staff is friendly and helpful, which you would hope would be the case for an animal/pet store, and the store is always clean and organized and odor free. Convenient location, though I fear parking will become a little bit of a headache when the new Giant opens up later this year, 2026. That said, can't go wrong with this location if you have a pet. Or at least a dog.
