My Appointment was at 2:49 pm. When I got there at 2: Pm I was told that the groomer I pick was sick. This was not true. Because I didn't pick a groomer. I pick any one. They said they called me. My answering machine was full. Another excuse. They could have gave me a text. Look to me they just didn't want to work on my dog. The lady told me she was the only groomer. But I see three people there. Next this happens I will go to the top office about this Therefore my rating is 3 . The cashier is very nice and the products.
