I don’t know what kind of shampoo or water they used, but the odor was awful and lingered even after I tried re-washing him at home. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem to care or notice how bad he smelled when they handed him back. Totally unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be a professional grooming service. I will never be taking my dog here again.
