The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. We were greeted nicely and, did not have to wait to receive services for our cat.

My dog started having an issue at 1pm, I went online and made an appointment for 1:30, by 2pm the issue was resolved. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully and patiently, and they did a great job handling our very nervous & squirmy dog.

I had an amazing experience here! I came in for the FREE first exam, where they checked out my newly adopted cat’s teeth, weighed him, and looked at his eyes and ears. It was great. The only thing I paid for was $47 for antibiotics. The tech, Gabi was phenomenal. She had some down time and helped me to shave my cat’s mats and gave him a more thorough ear cleaning. I am so appreciative!

I had an amazing experience at Bond Vet Rittenhouse! I brought my dog Bonnie in after she started limping and having skin issues, and the care we received was top tier. Dr. Luke Kazmierski was thorough, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. They quickly identified the issue, provided medication, started her on preventative care, and gave a clear plan for her diet and recovery. The staff was kind, the space was clean, and Bonnie felt comfortable the entire time.Highly recommend this clinic if you want compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient care for your pet!

This place is a joke. I called and told them my cat was having respiratory issues along with throwing up blood. She should’ve told me from the start “go to urgent care.” My apt was at 5:30. Yes, I was late. It was tough getting my sick boy into his carrier. Upon arrival I was told “your 15 min grace period is up.” Lady at the desk had one concern, going home. What kind of person gets in the business of helping animals and turns a sick pet away? She told me I had to go to urgent care anyway. She knew his symptoms and instead of telling me to just go straight to urgent care she wasted my time.
This place has a ton of good reviews but the two 1 star ones I read turned out to be true. Disappointing.
