My dog was seen on 3/4 and I was advised that his ears were irritated. He is an older dog and is prone to ear infections. I asked if he can get medication for his ear w/o me coming in since I was just there and they were aware of the irritation “Unfortunately” the doctor will have to see him. Now I would be okay, if this was a new issue. My issue is, this is one week after she advised me about his ear. I called earlier in a week, but got frustrated with the front desk because of inactive listening. I don’t like this new vet, she’s a bit dismissive. I almost went there on her but had to catch myself. Word of advice “ don’t buy nothing they are upselling, they do not stick to their word or product. Case in point; November of 24 my dog got his teeth cleaned and before getting them cleaned the offered some kind of gel that will help with tartar and as I was told he wouldn’t have to come back for a couple years. So I agreed because I have an older dog and thought it will best. So I get a phone call a year after and they want me to schedule another teeth cleaning. So I’m confused because I paid extra for what I’m not sure. If he has to come back every year why I’m paying over a $100 extra. So I was complaining to the new vet and her response was I was not here when that happened. I know my mouth, so it was just best for me to pick my battles. This is not the first incident like this either. This is already a lot. I do not recommend anyone to go here, right now I have to go. My dog is familiar and it’s a little conscientious.

all they Care about is money. They overcharged me for flea treatment and told me to start a membership. They lied about how much it would be initially. And now I’m stuck in a plan I can’t even get out without paying even more money. They literally told me on the phone I have to pay money to get out of the plan… The people inside the hospital Told me it would be $12 a month for the plan. A month later they’re trying to charge me $70-$80. I’m not paying it, Sorry not sorry. all this place cares about his numbers. I will never bring my dog back. And our first visit before they started charging us for the membership. I had to pay Over $200 Just for flea treatment, no vaccines. No shots. No nothing. A flea treatment that we could’ve got over-the-counter anywhere else at PetSmart or something Or chewy. I saw another review that said they literally killed someone’s dog. I would not recommend bringing any animal here. Honestly, they don’t care about your pets. Go there for yourself and see if you think I’m lying, and all the other bad reviews are lying.
