Our Vet Tech Marijke is the best! The service provided is quick and they do a great job of explaining everything.

Our bulldog has been well-taken care of by the staff and healthcare professionals at Banfield Pet Hospital. He receives medical and dental care in this hospital and their medical plans are so much better than the pet insurance we used to pay for.

If I could give Robert the team shift lead at Montgomeryville Banfield 10 stars I would! He was amazing and very helpful. When I went to check out, he asked me How my Cat was feeling. I told him that bandit will be ok but I was stressed because of the cost of the medication ($549) and the size of the pills. He immediately went into search mode and found an alternative dosage that could be administered through drops. Saving me significant money and stress. He also offered up one of banfield‘s wellness plans which helped with the cost of the office visit. The vet tech was also incredibly kind and gentle with bandit. Dr. Das spent a good deal of time checking him out and was very thorough and patient. This was an amazing experience on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Worst vet I've ever been to. Unprofessional. Put our cat at risk of dying, for an elective surgery and then basically laughed in our face. Ran blood work but didn't wait for results before proceeding. Would never recommend to ANYONE.

Multiple times they have called me and told me I had an appointment due with my wellness plan and then I schedule and bring my cat in and they tell me there's actually nothing due and they can't do the exam. I think around 30% of the time that I've shown up here for an appointment that they went out of their way to call and ask to schedule, it was not valid and I had to take my cats home with all the stress of the day imprinted on them. The final straw was when I brought my cat in for a dental and dropped her off after fasting overnight. At 12 pm, they call and say she's done but that they couldn't actually do the dental or majority of the appointment because there was no doctor scheduled that day that would perform them. They knowingly let us drop her off and keep here there throughout the day with that information and then told us we could reschedule the dental and comprehensive for the next day. It's also impossible to get refilled for medicine for chronic disorders. The vet has told us our cat will be on the medication for life but then refuses to give us refills for longer than 3 months and it takes 4 calls and going to the vet to get another 3 months of refills. I've honestly never seen such a disorganized mess of a business. The doctors have been helpful and good but the scheduling and front office does more harm than good.
