- KBKevin BDec 31, 20252.0Overall, the staff is warm and friendly, and the facility is clean and fresh. Conversely, this is a chain of veterinary clinics backed by private equity, so I can only assume profit is a major driver in how they care for patients. I brought my newly adopted indoor/outdoor cat in for bites on the ears and nose. I requested an anti-microbial wipe to clean the affected areas, but I was told that nothing could be prescribed until two tests were performed. Three hours later, I was given a anti-microbial wipe without knowing the test results. The vet “texted” her “friend who is a dermatologist” and advised that they were only “mosquito bites.” Exhausted, I paid $350 for the visit, which left me feeling swindled, as I find it extremely unlikely that I was the first case of mosquito bites to make its way through this clinic. I’d visit this vet again in a pinch, but the bridge is smoldering.

The aesthetic of the place is clean. The staff was friendly. The vet Veterinarian answered all of my questions and gave good guidance on which decisions I might want to make and why. We’ll definitely come back again. I highly recommend this facility.
