I really wanted to love this place. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, the snacks are a nice touch, and the staff—including my vet—were genuinely great. My dog was comfortable, and the overall experience feels high quality. Because of the environment and how quickly trust is built, it’s easy to say yes in the moment to things you normally would pause on or question. You’re trusting that you’re being guided clearly and honestly. That’s where this went wrong for me. I paid $383 at my first visit thinking I was handling my dog’s vaccinations. I was told to come back for a follow-up, and there was nothing in that interaction that made it clear I’d be paying another $127 for an additional vaccine. I left thinking everything was essentially handled. Coming back and being charged again for something I thought was already covered felt misleading. The pricing is also presented in a way that makes it seem like you’re getting discounts or added value—free exam, bundled items, etc.—but when you step back, the overall cost is significantly higher than other vets for the same routine care. It creates the feeling of getting a deal, when in reality you’re paying premium prices. Looking back, it felt less like transparent care and more like a curated experience that leads you into higher spending without a clear, upfront understanding of the full cost. But for me, the issue wasn’t just the cost… it was the time and the way the whole experience is structured. Because of the environment and how quickly trust is built, it’s easy to say yes in the moment to things you normally would pause on or question. You’re trusting that you’re being guided clearly and honestly. This isn’t about the staff… they were great. It’s about transparency. A good experience doesn’t outweigh unclear pricing, especially when you’re trusting someone to guide decisions for your pet. Nice place, great people…. but I left feeling like the pricing structure wasn’t honest with me, and that’s hard to overlook.

I brought in my old poodle for an annual exam. Doctor Cooper: so very clear and thorough. Bloodwork price is aligned with other places. I really, really appreciated the timing; there was no waiting at all! Doc wants my dog to exercise a bit more, and I definitely needed to get that gentle reminder;) I will definitely be returning for vaccine updates.

I was able to book a same day appointment and was seen immediately. The office is modern and clean. The staff were all extremely knowledgable and compassionate. I was given an estimate for all of my pets possible treatment options and was not guilted when I declined the ones that weren't affordable to me. I would highly recommend this vet.
