- BSBobbie SapienzaAug 2, 20221.0Wish I could give zero stars. Yes, they are plenty nice but they are very disorganized and did our paperwork wrong. We went on 7/5/22 to get vaccines for our dogs. We have 1 adult dog who needed her yearly shots. The adult dog, we were told, could not get all vaccines as they said some of them may have reactions when given together, and we were told she needed to come back. We bought the Best Dog Care package for our adult dog which included all vaccines and we paid in full for everything for our visit. When we returned today they charged us again for the 2 vaccines she was not able to get and will not refund us. We are currently working on trying to speak to customer service at their main location. Will definitely not be back here again.
