- LFLori FausnaughtOct 7, 20245.0Jerri is the best of the best groomer. My ACD is a velcro dog and doesn't let me out of her sight. BUT she LOVES Jerri. Last week that sweetie chose to lose out on money of a full groom b/c I had mentioned she's been shaking her head and digging at her left ear, shen she got right down on the floor and took the time needed for Polly to feel ok enough to look in her ears, which is never an easy job. She suggested we do a dry clean with only the necessities (nails, teeth, good brushing dry clean) until that sore ear was better. I just love the compassion. Jerri ran back and got me the medicine she uses and said let's wait a week and then do the full wet bath spoil spa. Though she couldn't charge as much, she got one heck of a tip. Jerri is never allowed to leave. She is worth her weight (she's tiny, though...so even more) in gold. Polly loves her Jerri. So do I.
