The person I spoke to at the desk seemed too busy, uninterested in my story and whether or not I brought my dogs there. She hurriedly gave me a business card, referred me to the website and that was about it. I knew then I would have to keep looking because clearly they were busy enough without my dogs to care for. I found an excellent clinic a little further away, and I don’t mean to badmouth this one, but just some food for thought. I still remember how offputting it was.
