  Never again. Easter is not a holiday. Christmas is! Really! Not in my book. Nobody needs a pet store on Easter! I will never shop here again!

  All the groomers are friendly and knowledgeable and professional ladies that are artist when it comes to grooming your pet. They do a great job being really friendly and personal with your dog which makes for a good session every time.

  update: I’m only changing this because the rest of the crew there are great people and have always been incredibly helpful. Thank you guys!! (You know who you are!) Original: (1 STAR) Would have given more but last night was horrible. I used to love going here. Yesterday the “assistant manager” told my son who’s 7 that they had no public restroom. Now I’ve been coming here for years and have used it multiple times. But now you’re telling me a paying customer and my kid that we couldn’t use the bathroom. He was extremely rude about it as well and raised his voice. I will not be going back here again. “Assistant Manager” you’re taking your job way to seriously yelling about a bathroom.

  I am really disappointed in the groom that my dog just recurved. I picked up a five-year-old older retriever foster dog, who desperately needed a bath and brushed before coming to our house, and when I picked her up, she was very wet today because she didn’t like the blow dryer (Probably because she had never experienced one before since she was a breeding mom who was left in horrible conditions) But regardless, I still paid for her to be dried, and then she gets in my car and the amount of hair still coming off of my dog makes me think that she wasn’t brushed at all. I did call to check and the tech said that she did brush her, but I don’t believe her as there was so much hair still coming off of her that I don’t think she was touched with a brush. And if she was touched with a brush, they should have done extra brushing since she wasn’t OK with them blow drying. For $64, I feel like I got nothing out of it.
