I made the appointment on Wednesday… it’s a vet appointment for vaccines, not a reservation at Ruth Chris. The young lady at the front desk was arrogant and rude as she flipped her laptop around tapping her screen and said smugly when I was leaving “you have yourself a good rest of your day. Our last visit after we waited 30 minutes and CONFIRMED that appointment, the vet, whom not to be nasty but was overweight herself, informed me my dog is in overweight and I need to address it and get her out more. Thanks for the tip. I’m a full time employed single mom with two boys and two dogs. I’ve taken my dogs here for 5 years simply because they luckily only needed routine visits. They’re just nasty. Take your pets somewhere else. Life is too short to deal with ugly people on a power trip.
