  The staff at this Granite Run location are excellent. I also have used their Vet services and the Dr. we saw was very caring and thorough. I have asked for help finding a particular food and the sales associate went above and beyond to help me. When I adopted a new kitten, the girl at the register even pulled out a coupon book to congratulate me and to help save me some money on my purchase. Great store.

  Staff is kind, professional, go above and beyond support. Helped us coordinate products, prescription food, Blue card and continuing support for products for senior Kitty with GI issue. Thank you!

  They have such a great team here. I went into grooming and received stellar service. I ended up buying some dog food on my way out because I was nearly low and the staff helped me find what I was needing. Thank you Petco!

  I recently just went into the Vetco clinic at the Petco store. I have used this company services for their clinic for vaccinations and wellness checks. But I’ve never gone in and used the Vetco services. I was so pleasantly surprised with the service, the friendliness, the staff efficiency, and overall experience. I felt very inclined to create their profile here on yelp to share with others. I was one of the first clients to come in, and I also work with animal rescue folks. So I’m used to the day-to-day coming and goings of clinics, staff and emergencies as well. From the time I stepped in the door, I was greeted by such a a wonderful person, she was so pleasant, she greeted me and made me feel welcome. I believe her name was Misty, she is in charge of the customer check outs, billing and she also seemed to know quite a bit about the day-to-day operations of the facility. Mabel was the person who assisted us in the treatment room, prior to meeting our vet. All three of these individuals were exceptional. With the way they handled our appointment, the way I was spoken to was respectful and clear and the way that they handled the cat that I have brought in was just fabulous. They were gentle, smiling, welcoming, and the overall experience was a 10/10. Even when the vet walked in, her demeanor was so pleasant like she had all the time in the world to spend with my one animal, and it was important. All I was really, therefore was to get some blood work done, and they really treated her with gentle care and got her in and out of the clinic in great time. The facility is spotless, and I truly have decided that I am shifting my business to Vetco as a result. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

  I needed a recovery dog collar. The only style they sell is little plastic clips that will break on first paw swipe, and they want 42.8% more than the thing I actually want is worth. Petco is still miles ahead of their competitor just a block or two down Baltimore Pk. in terms of price and selection... but come on, is it really that hard to stock the bare necessities from reputable vet-approved brands not in-house plastic junk?
