I received a total of 7 texts or emails asking me to verify my appointment, including a text asking me to verify when I arrived. I complied by answering each. When I arrived ten minutes early, as recommended in one of the many requests, I stood in line, holding an anxious and aggressive 16 pound dog, for 15 minutes, which included the time it took to have my dog weighed. After she was treated I had to stand in yet another line to pay for services rendered. I feel as though the messages were overkill in light of the fact that there was still a wait. I recommend either fewer reminders or appointments that are kept in a timely manner. In addition I recommend that the clinic have its own register in order to speed up the process.
