I’ve called five times over several days trying to get a refill for my senior dog’s arthritis medication, and no one has returned a single call or provided any update. This medication is necessary for my dog’s comfort, and being ignored like this is very discouraging. Please consider this if considering to book an appointment

Originally my husband and I went in to see if we needed to say goodbye to my beloved Midnite, however Dr M felt confident that we can make her comfortable for more time. So far Dr M has given her meds to help with pain and stiffness, and so far she doing much better and becoming herself again. I am so thankful and grateful for the extra time I get to spend with my baby. Thank you all for helping us through this difficult time.
