The whole team was so kind and patient with my kitty and very knowledgeable about condition and treatment. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. - AGAnthony GalliDec 9, 20251.0Only come here if you want the worst for your pet. HORRIBLE VET HOSPITAL! I will NEVER return to this place. I came here on Friday with my cat who clearly had an abcess, she was in pain and trouble walking because of the area it was in. I told the vet numerous times that I thought it was an abcess (I worked in the veterinary field for 8 years) and she kept saying that it was a ‘bruise’ and that it was nothing to worry about, after still charging me almost $300. All I got was 4 pain pills. Fast forward to today (Monday) the abcess burst and now my cat has a gaping hole in her side. I called to let them know what happened and told them I need antibiotics. I went and picked up the antibiotic and told them I need a cone at no cost due to the inconvenience of me having to drive all the way back there and having my pet be misdiagnosed. They REFUSED to give me a cone without paying $18, which I think is absurd. It was almost 9pm and stores were closed. They are so money hungry it’s sickening. They do not care about the pet even the slightest bit. I’m honestly embarrassed for them. I will NEVER come back to this facility and I hope future customers take their business elsewhere. Trust me, if you do go here you’ll be disappointed.

Unfortunately caring for your pets comes with a hefty price tag but they let you know up front the cost. We got an appointment quickly, luckily it was not busy. The wait was reasonable due to the situation. The staff and vet were nice.
