You boarded a cat I adopted last Friday. I knew the cat before he was boarded and he looked wonderful last week and I could tell his care was excellent. Many thanks to the staff.

Very expensive. Money is their priority.
When I arrived they didn’t let me say goodbye to my dog. They just whisked her away.
Staff was not very personable. They wouldn’t let me tour the facility, and when I picked up, they took a very long time to retrieve her.
They charge for everything.
I’ve been to nicer facilities with friendlier staff for less. Won’t be back.
My dog did come home unharmed and pretty happy. They did follow her feeding instructions well.

Not a bad place- but they def prioritize revenue. Paid 300$ for them to tell me no public restrooms after driving 3 hrs back from vacation lol!

My dog first time being away from us. When we went to pick her up they told us how she did plus they had a report card. We will definitely take her back. Friendly staff too.

My dogs have always received great care at this facility. Staff is always kind and courteous and keeps us updated if there are any issues with our dog while they are in their care. They have also been able to accommodate our dog on short notice as well which made last minute travel changes much more manageable. I am a local veterinarian, and I recommend their facility to my clients as well.
