Everyone is friendly, considerate and caring from the front desk, to the vet techs and the doctors. All of our dogs have been cared for here and when it was time to send them to the rainbow bridge, we could not have asked for a better team to help us through that difficult time.

They literally saved our dog Roscoe, we thought for sure he would die from the amount of blood loss he suffered, all because of an infected tooth! But no, they were not having it, and after much care Roscoe is back to his normal self :) We know we can call anytime with the simplest of questions/suggestions. For instance, our Mama cat got her tail and bottom covered with one of those sticky fly traps (ugh)... One phone call and a quick suggestion (baby oil) worked like a charm. Lastly, when it came time to put our beloved Bubba (cat) down, they we all so caring. We received calls, cards and a beautiful "Impression" from his paw - so very caring!!! I could go on - but I am afraid I will run out of "characters" lol. Anywho, we highly recommend anyone and everyone to make an appointment should you be needing a vet - you will not be disappointed!!!!

Being in PA from out of state, they stepped in and took tremendous care of my dog when she got very sick (turns out she had terrible vertigo from being way up in the mountains !). They accommodated us and were as compassionate as if I was a life long customer. We always drop in every chance we get to keep in touch with them…we call them our Top Shelf Pals!
