They should have a break in the price if the cat is being boarded over a week or if the cat is boarded alot during the year. A dog needs so much more care, so I see that being justified.

He has never stayed away from home so naturally I was nervous. This place was so reassuring! I called everyday while I was away and they gave me updates and told me he was doing well. Even from the time of calling them to book the reservation to pick up was easy and seamless. I will say I was but confused on the price. I assumed it would be a certain amount based on the per night cost plus the grooming on his last day. It was about double than what I was expecting but I wish I did ask the rep for a full break down. But again based on what the receptionist said on the phone I had an idea on how much it was cost but was surprised at pick up. They did a great job with him so to me it was worth it but I wish I had more clarification on the cost on the phone. I would recommend all family and friends to book with them! Thank you guys so much!

We received barely any info or pictures from this kennel! Why they are getting a two star review? Because they post GROOMING PICTURES & DAYCARE PICS ? This is not acceptable for a professional company! I felt that I was being just brushed off because I was a new client!!!!!! When I called them on Sunday 01/04 at 11am letting them know that we will be picking them up on Monday?? They never responded back! So the next time I need to board my kids it will not be here ! Also my one French Bulldog takes medicine? They charged me for that !! Talk about Nickel and dime you ?? Just ridiculous ! And sad

We’re very proud of our outstanding health and safety record here at our resort, and this is due in part to our vaccination requirements. We currently require proof of vaccination for rabies, DHLPP (distemper), Bordetella, and canine influenza.

Yes! We have spacious accommodations perfect for multi-dog families.

Please feel free to drop off and pick up your pet any time during our operating hours.
Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
Should I bring my pet’s bedding and toys?
We have more than enough soft, clean bedding and fun toys to go around, so there’s no need to bring any from home.
What about their food?
We highly recommend bringing your pet’s usual food to keep them on the diet they’re accustomed to. However, we do have a high-quality pet food available for no charge if you forget to bring yours.
Can you administer medications?
Yes, we’re able to provide most medications including insulin. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clear, written instructions.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
We’re equipped to provide excellent care to pets with many kinds of special needs including diabetes, hearing/vision impairment, mobility issues, and many others. When you call to make your reservation, we’ll discuss how we can accommodate your pet.

We highly recommend bringing your cat’s usual food to keep them on the same diet they’re used to. However, if you forget yours we do have a high-quality food available for no charge.
