The humidity for the ball pythons were at “desert” or 20% tho they need 60-80% humidity. I can’t speak for the other reptiles as I don’t know their proper care. I do feel that a pet store should know proper care for the animals they sell. When I told the rep the humidity needed to be higher in the snake’s enclosure their response was “we got them as babies and hope they sell soon”. Sadly I couldn’t take the babies as I can’t provide proper care myself as I only have enough space for the 2 I already own

Every time I came something different would be an issue with them. It’s so frustrating, Please don’t put your babies in their hands! Anywhere else but here. I canceled my Vital Care Premier and will never ever come back after my experience here in the last 3 grooming. They always have an issue!! And the manager today was incredibly rude. I will never ever come back here. I called corporate and filled a complaint against this grooming shop. Hopefully something is done! Although I doubt it.
