I recently had to take My Buddy here as he passed away. Buddy was 1 month shy of 18. He was part of my family, my best friend. They had me bring him in through a separate entrance so I wouldn’t have to go in the regular entrance with others with their pets. They took me into a “comfort room”.
This room was very peaceful & calm. Everyone kept saying how sorry they were. Everyone here could not have been nicer. They really tried to make this whole sad experience as painless as possible.

I have been taking my beloved dog Biscuit here for years. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Her routine exams are always thorough and if I call with a concern about Biscuit, my calls are returned promptly with an answer from the experts. Id like to thank all the staff. I would recommend the West Side Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a great place to take their animals.
