I attempted to return them to the store and the two attendance working there one of which was the manager were outraged and acted unprofessionally stating that I didn’t read the back of my receipt and that they don’t have to take them back also that I must submit a water sample and then they would decide if the fish could be returned for a refund or replacement then they told me maybe I should just take them to the Indiana Petco because they would not refund my money nor replace them I ended up having to file a complaint with customer service because after two encounters with them, I was totally disgusted between my pets and my four fish tanks. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at Petco ,to be treated in such a manner was absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps those two women should not work in customer service
