- PPPamDec 6, 20251.0Brought my 6 month old Kitty into be tested for FIV. The tech ask why? I had taken (kitty) to a Real Vet, in October due to inflamed gum/ not eating. The Vet said she probably had FIV, due to her not seeing any cat that had that degree of inflamed gums. She also wasn’t eating. The Vet gave me an antinflamatory. She said it could have been from teething. My kitty did get better. I took kitty into Vetco, Johnstown PA. To be tested for FIV. The (Vet) said kitties gums were inflamed. She said maybe kitty had been chewing on electrical cords! Are you kidding me? Electrical cords. This Vet has blonde hair and is not young. I will NEVER go back, EVER.
