  I rock with everyone in there. Super chill and not judgey at all. And its super cool because they are also willing to learn and accept advice. Shout out to the older lady there shes super super awesome. Im in there quite frequently for my fish and they basically know me by name. And the fish and critters are always healthy and the staff genuinely cares for and about them. Im not one for big chains. But Ill vouch this petco all day. 10/10.

  Disappointing Experience with Vetco Services at Petco I recently took my three cats to Vetco at Petco for microchipping and deworming, including flea treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. Here are the main issues I encountered: - Incorrect Receipt Information: The receipt had two of my cats' names listed, but one cat was missing entirely. Additionally, one of the names appeared twice, which added to the confusion. We raised this concern with the staff, who assured us everything was fine and that we could proceed with checkout. - Payment Confusion: Later, I received a text from Petco stating there was no paid receipt for our visit. This was frustrating, especially since we had completed the transaction. - Lack of Management Support Earlier in the Day: When we first brought our pets in for treatment, there was no management available to assist with our questions. It was disheartening to deal with staff who seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. While management was present later when we returned to settle the payment issue, it would have been helpful to have that support during our initial visit. Given these issues, I feel that Petco should take accountability for the inconvenience caused. A discount or some form of compensation would have been a fair gesture for the trouble of having to return to the store. Until these issues are addressed, I’m hesitant to return to Vetco for future services.
