This was frustrating, especially since we had completed the transaction. - Lack of Management Support Earlier in the Day: When we first brought our pets in for treatment, there was no management available to assist with our questions. It was disheartening to deal with staff who seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. While management was present later when we returned to settle the payment issue, it would have been helpful to have that support during our initial visit.
