  Waited over 3hrs just for them to tell that my Bichon was ready. I get there to pick her up and they did not give her a bath not haircut just because she has a pimple at the top of her butt. Something that is known for Bichon's to have if they had done their research, they would’ve known. So I had to take my dog up the street to another grooming place and they took her in with no issues. Bathed and cut her without a problem!!!!!

  Over the weekend my smallest cat stopped eating and was having issues with her food of over 4 years out of nowhere. I was aimlessly roaming the aisles trying to find things I hadn't already bought ( spent $70 the night before on new food she wouldn't eat). It was just then that a kind voice asked if I needed any help. She proceeded to inquire about my sick cat, as well as share some of her own experiences and insights. Ultimately, after hearing my story, she made a point to comfort my anxiety as a new pet owner, and then recommended a complete meal based on its TEXTURE, something that the multiple experienced cat owners I spoke to, never even considered. Needless to say that this cracked the code, and my little cat Prinkles is back to her happy self! THANK YOU SO MUCH ASHLEY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! GOOD LUCK WITH XRAY SCHOOL! -Toeknee (and Prinkles😸) P.S Its also important that I note here to Ashley's managers or whomever is in charge of raises, that aside from a pleasant and inquisitive demeanor while working with me, she was also able to quickly assist other customers with small questions here and there, as well as educate me about new product. THIS should be the standard that is strived for when training employees.
