When I shopped in this store, I bought my cat's favorite flavors of wet foods for a typical price. The prices, however, for her dry food, toys, furniture, and litter were higher than what I could get online. The cashier did a very good job of ringing up my purchase. This Petco also offers grooming, training, veterinary services, and adoptions.
- TTTyler TDec 14, 20253.0My partner and I recently visited the Waterfront Petco to get our kitten its needed vaccines via Vetco's services. We asked them if they had a room to use since she would most likely run. They said that they didn't, and that they only used the table that was on the sales floor. The three veterinary people surrounded her carrier, and when she went to scratch at them due to being terrified, they told us that they weren't able to give her the necessary shots. My partner and I were upset about this since we thought they would have had a separate room dedicated to providing veterinary services, as well as them having the equipment to properly handle animals that don't really like being at the vet outside of a leash that tightens itself when an animal tries to run, causing possible strangulation if the animal panics enough. Needless to say, my partner and I will not be visiting this location for veterinary services. The shopping experience, on the other hand, is great in my opinion. The staff is really friendly and the store has always been clean whenever I've been in there.
