- MSMadison SuccheralliAug 25, 20251.0Completely traumatized my dog 5 years ago. He won’t let anyone touch his paws any more and claimed we had to drug him the next time he came in. He always stopped in his tracks at the door. They used the nail grinder to cut all of his nails down, which obviously hurt him and traumatized him. We take him to another groomer now, and he has no issues. He loves it there. The owner is also rude. Go anywhere else.
