- EDE DevosJan 13, 20265.0This is about the grooming of Remus on 1/9/2026. Rachel was the groomer. We have always received very good service at Petco's grooming salon. Our Remus is an older dog who has arthritis and a small trachea collapse, but Ms. Rachel took excellent care of him and did a stellar job. I must admit, however that I am ashamed that we did not leave a tip. In fact, I did not realize that we hadn't because all of the other times we had Remus groomed, the tip was added to the bill. I did not notice that we were not billed for the tip until I looked at the bill while checking my account yesterday (Jan 12th). I sincerely wish that there was a way to get a tip to Ms. Rachel. But I do hope that Petco will consider allowing tips to be added to the bill once again. Once again, we received stellar service and we appreciate all of the groomers at Petco.
