She reached out prior to our session to determine what we were concerned about and how we wanted to support our rescue dog, Kona. She was very supportive and thoughtful in addressing his issues and offering us tools and additional resources to deal with his anxiety and reactivity. I highly recommend her!

She stopped everything she was doing and helped us find everything we needed. She went out of her way to give my daughter a sticker and even went to the register to get us some coupons. Because of her I will shop there from now on.
