  Crickets and roaches were dead in containers on the shelf. In fact crickets were dust. Not a good place for live Feeser’s for my reptiles.

  The store is nice and have a variety of pets including fishes. I have mostly purchased live aquarium plants. The only reason to give 2 stars is because their plants are almost always infested with pest snails or their eggs that show up in aquarium a few days later when those eggs hatch. I had a hard time eliminating those pest snails from my multiple aquariums.

  I stopped at this location today for a few items, dog food/treats etc. As I was reaching to put the dog food into the trunk I noticed some cobwebs on the top of the bag, a closer look revealed a combination of dead and live larvae coming from the bag. I took it back inside and showed the employee, they told me to go get another one from the shelf so they could exchange it, (poor customer service, why should I go out of my way to correct a problem that is the stores responsibility?) I walked back to the shelf and the one other bag was CRAWLING with larvae! I told the cashier about it and said I’d just like a refund. I said if it was in both bags, they may have a problem on their hands, employee response was, “Purina has a problem! Supposedly they know about it but I don’t know. We’ve been getting a lot of returns.” So the employee(s) knew about the issue, yet the product was still for sale? How is an infestation not of more concern to an establishment that stocks literal tons of pet food? I will not be purchasing anything from this location again. It used to be decent, but today was far from it, the whole store reeked heavily of urine, poor customer service, and infested food on the shelves. If there are pests in one bag, and then two, what’s to say they’re not in all of them! Shame to see the place slip like this, we’ve bought countless supplies and even live pets from this location, no more after this visit.

  Very disappointed in this store. Diana was rude when I was trying to get crickets. Said they don’t have large crickets. Then tried to tell me to get crickets in a box.. they’re usually dead so I’m not wasting my money. She then gets me small crickets. I ask how did she count 20 crickets because in my bag wasn’t 20. She then gets smart, tell me she counted them and proceeded to laugh in my face. Usually never have a problem here. Then my bag has weird residues that I’ve never seen before. Hence why I asked how did she get the number 20, they usually use a funnel to measure the crickets
