The staff is very friendly and they do a great job of checking out my pet and addressing any concerns. The only drawback was I had to wait awhile in the room before the vet came, but that’s only happened once in a several times that I’ve been there.

Staff really cared for my cat with consideration and did the exam & vaccinations/ nails in 1 swoop instead of making him come in & out of the carrier several times. Only wish it did not take so long to get an appointment

NEVER and I mean NEVER have I EVER been treated so poorly at a vet appointment!! I need to know how to report a vet!! Dr. Steven Brady treated me with such disrespect I am shaking!! First off rolo was scheduled today to have his allergy injection which he gets once a month. I scheduled the appointment back in June. I was told when we started the allergy injection that he needs to have an office visit once a year to continue with the injection. Well, I guess he was due for a yearly appointment so that he could get the injection today. However, when I scheduled his injection appointment for today, they failed to mention that he was due for an office visit so when I went in today, they hit me with the news that not only that I have to pay for the injection, but I also had to pay $78
for an office visit on top of the $106 it is for the allergy injection. Anyways, long story short I did not have the full amount to pay for both today so I asked the staff if there was anyway we could do the office visit and then I would reschedule his injection or vice versa because I did not want Rolo to have to wait very long to get his allergy injection because his allergies get so bad that he chews his feet raw. Well, the staff said that there was nothing they could do. None of their office managers were in that day and the vet was refusing to do the injection without Rolo having the physical done. Some guy that was in the office, heard what was going on and offered to pay for the physical. I told the gentleman that I appreciated his offer, but that it was OK. I would just take care of it and that I wanted to dispute the whole thing because I didn’t feel as though it was right that they make appointments and don’t tell you about them and they just want to charge you an extra amount when you go in. The guy paid it anyways without me telling him to which I am very thankful for and I will pay it forward. I have every intention of calling in and making no credit towards his account. There are still good people in this world. The doctor, however, is not one of them. And it doesn’t end there I took Rolo back, waited in the room. The doctor came in didn’t introduce himself. The first thing he says to me is put your dog up on the table. So I put Rolo up on the table and the Doctor pulls out a muzzle and muzzle him and I said why are you muzzling my dog he’s never been muzzled for an office visit in the past. And he said I don’t give a damn if he’s never been muzzled in the past I muzzle all of my animals and it’s policy when an animal goes on the table they’re muzzled. Now anyone who knows Rolo knows he wouldn’t hurt a fly. And I said well I’ve seen a muzzled for the injection, but never for an office visit and I said, do not swear at me because this conversation is not going to go well if you’re swearing at me and I don’t like that type of language. Well, that was enough to set him off and he told me that one of the office managers there would be in contact with me because they are dismissing Rolo from the practice. And I said why are you dismissing my dog from the practice because I am disputing the fact that your schedulers said that they told me that they scheduled Rolo for two appointments? And he said no, not only that but because you upset our staff by saying they didn’t care about your dog and telling them that it was ridiculous. I said well I’m telling you how I feel and how it feels for a patient. You don’t care if you’re not willing to take into consideration that we’ve been a patient there for 10 years and you’re not willing to give him the injection and then schedule him for a physical in two weeks. I get it people don’t schedule like they say they’re going to, but if you have a long relationship with a vet, you think that they would do that. Not this guy he’s a total wreck I don’t know how he got his license and I don’t know how he keeps it with talking to people and threatening them like he did.
