I had issues with Colonial prior to Covid and switched to Noah's Animal Hospital, but I returned to Colonial and have to say that things have changed with Colonial and it has been great! Great service, quick, hardly any wait time to see Vet. Cost was reasonable. The text reminders were helpful. Very satisfied with entire experience.
