Sue is masterful in taking a room full of nervous adults with their over-stimulated loudly barking, lunging, or hiding dogs, to a room of calm and safety for all. The skills taught were practical and necessary, and the dogs started where they were, and progressed at their own pace. I’m truly sorry the class is over and recommend it highly even if a dog knows many commands already. Thank you to Franklin Veterinary Associates for offering this class, and also for being the caring group that they are.
