I had told the young lady that I didn’t need the cleanser for her ears. She exists that I should get it and I could’ve got the same cleanser for a cheaper price. Didn’t even tell me if she was healthy her weight was good etc. all she said was she has an ear infection. Here’s the Meds and how much is gonna cost you. Horrible Service will not take her back there ever again. I’m very disappointed.
- CBCatalina BeltránFeb 24, 20261.0In this place the service is terrible, I acquired my pet's plan because they specified everything that would be included, I found the offer excellent, but it turns out that every time I took advantage of one of the services included within the plan that I had acquired I ended up paying for that service even more, that is, if it is supposed to be included within the plan it would not have to be charged for that, now I am trying to cancel the plan and they tell me that I must cancel month by month until the year of the plan is fulfilled, that because the plan is annual, but when I acquired it the information they gave me was different, I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this place, it is a deception to the customer

They will auto renew the plan without letting you know and refuse to cancel or refund money even though the pet did not use the services. They will tell you there is nothing they can do over the phone and send you into the store, where they also can do nothing. Even their phone app has a button for “manage plans and payment” but the button is the only button on the app that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s nothing but a scam.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
