We brought our three cats in for vaccines and you’d swear she had never handled cats before. She gave vaccines to two of them, but refused to vaccinate the third simply because she hissed. She’s a cat. That’s normal behavior. I understand wanting to avoid a chaotic situation, but every other vet we’ve visited has known how to safely and quickly handle a nervous cat. That might mean scruffing them like a mama cat does to get the vaccines done. The store manager was very kind and asked us to come back on Monday, but afterward we couldn’t get our cat to go back in her carrier. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
