- LDliz DottaJan 17, 20261.0I feel horrible giving an overall one star because the service I went there for was at the groomers who did an amazing job, I wish I had gotten their names...a guy and a girl..you two were amazing. However, this was my first time getting my husky,Luna's nails done anywhere and I was a walk-in as I was told by the website that was accepted and I was met with attitude from the very beginning of booking by whom I assume was the manager with gaged ears and purple hair???. Just absolute attitude for no reason. Then I met the groomers who were so super sweet and nice and explained everything to me. Then I went to go pay and I'm on a fixed income and I only had $1 to tip the groomer and the red haired cashier named Shawn made such a big deal about me only being able to tip $1. I needed to purchase a new harness for my dog as it was being held together by zip ties and I tried to explain that to Shawn as he scoffed at my tip and said wow, really , only $1 tip. I literally left in tears as I apologized to the groomer for only being able to afford a dollar tip. I absolutely did not buy my dogs harness there and I will never return. SHAWN SHOULD BE FIRED! HOW DARE YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY, $1 TIP IS BETTER THAN NO TIP!! It is not mandatory to tip
