- LLlivMay 27, 20211.0New management is awful and very rude to customers. I have been goin go here for years but I have since stopped. Most employees are friendly but management itself tend to be stuck up. Most people working here also don’t look like they know what they’re doing and because of it the animals (reptiles in particular) look awful. A manager there has also followed me, eyed me up, and given me a rough time for what I can only assume is because I am black.
