  I scheduled a grooming appointment at Petco and this was honestly a frustrating experience. They called last minute to cancel because the groomer didn’t show up, but I was driving and missed the call. Instead of any real follow-up, I only found out once I got there, after wasting my time and trip. It’s unacceptable to run a business like this without having a backup plan or making sure the customer actually receives the message. People plan their day around these appointments, and this shows a complete lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience. I will definitely think twice before booking here again.

  I always have such a great experience when I visit Petco. I usually come in with my one-year-old Siberian Husky, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The cashier even remembered us, even though it had been a few months since our last visit, and asked how he was doing. I thought that was especially sweet, considering how many customers they must see every day.

  My wife and I are avid animal lovers and try to help shelters when ever possible and my sister has 5 cats but is physically challenged so we try to help her out as well but there are times when we have items that no one wants which we then return. But now I was recently told that we have had to many returns and Petco may now no longer except returns. So I may no longer do any business with Petco. There are plenty of Petsmart stores around that have a much more forgiving return policy.

  Got my dog groomed here. Jae provided awesome customer service & was caring. I will definitely return!

  Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful! 😊 Kat is one of the groomers and she is phenomenal with her 4 legged clients! 🐕 She treats these doggos like they are her babies. I would trust her with both my pup's grooming needs! She even put a cute bandana on my Bassett hound beagle mix 🥹 she would have painted his nails, but he's a screamer 😂
