The manager was on floor was nice enough to ask me if I needed help I explained to her I already find the items that I needed thank you but when I went to the register, I needed to use the ladies room so I asked the cashier that if I can use the cashier while I was putting my items on the register, he explained to me because of stealing in the store that the bathroom was not available to the public. I explained to him that I was out of state and that I had had a long ride and that I could speak to the manager when she came out she kindly explained that there was no bathroom available for customers so then I decided to leave all the merchandise that I have picked out for my puppies because I refuse to participate, leaving my hard-working money to a place where no restroom was available. It’s unfortunate that such a large corporation will not let a customer which I’ve been a long time customer purchasing merchandise from this company, not making it available for customers to use their bathroom. Will not be returning to the store anytime soon.And will be making a formal complaint against the store.
