Well my experience with the dresser Town Banfield Veterinarian Services has always been positive the girls listen and I had to wait with the Dr a now for all good three or four years and then before that there was another an older doctor so they've always treated me very well with respect and answering my questions and got to the root of the problem and we're interested

If you need anything than shots or ear attention do not waste your money Took them nine months and my request to speak to a manager only to find out the diagnosis was incorrect The problem was each time I made an appointment it was with a different doctor and they didnt bother to read his history just kept prescribing same meds and of course I was paying for them I was compensated but not nearly enough I had been a Banfield customer for approximately 8 years and my best friend was only 6 or 7 When he reached his senior years is when I felt they were incapable of treating him Just want the bottom line to look good I mad an appointment because my pet fell off the bed and I know he hurt his hip I explicitly explained his situation, took him in, they took X-rays and THEN told me over and over they are not a orthopedic facility Spent hundreds for nothing

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! We just moved to the area from halfway across the country and hadn’t researched vets. Banfield was convenient, so I tried them out and was blown away by their customer service and the time the doctor took to explain to me the medication prescribe and the reason behind it. Staff was friendly, and very accommodating. We’re big fans!

I’m quite disappointed. They answer the phone quickly, but the customer service lacks clear information and courtesy. I called to ask about the prices for adding a new pet, and the receptionist responded, “What do you mean about prices? You have to check yourself.” The tone of her response was rude and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome.
It seemed like she didn’t have knowledge about their packages or pricing. A more polite answer could have been, “Please check our website for all the information you need.”

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
