Appreciate the great customer service and doing whatever possible to make things right. Just moved to the area and looking for a new groomer for my 2 dogs. I am not happy with the haircut they received. I showed them a picture from my previous groomer and they look nothing like the picture. I was also told a completely different price when I scheduled the appointment.

I’ve had high maintenance long-haired dogs for 20+ years so I have a little experience with other groomers, and I’m definitely sticking with this one.
