  i thought i was only going to have to pay $200 or $300 for the week to board my cat it wound up close to $600 i could have bought a new cat i am not happy

  They did an amazing job grooming our golden! He came home happy and relaxed from his spa day. They provide a great level of care and his coat looks beautiful 😍

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly. She has been grooming our two senior dogs, Hanna (our Australian Shepherd) and Bell (our Maltese), and the level of care, patience, and compassion she shows them is truly exceptional. Both of our girls have senior needs. Bell has dementia, and Hanna has mobility issues with her back legs. Kelly is always incredibly mindful of their limitations, moving at their pace, keeping them calm, and treating them with so much gentleness and respect. She never rushes them and always makes their comfort the priority. What truly sets Kelly apart is that she treats our dogs as if they were her own. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that kind of thoughtfulness is priceless, especially when trusting someone with senior pets. We always leave knowing Hanna and Bell were not only beautifully groomed, but lovingly cared for. If you’re looking for a groomer who is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and truly understands senior dogs, Kelly is the absolute best. We are beyond grateful to have found her and wouldn’t trust our girls with anyone else. 🐾💙

  This place is just a joke. 7 month cat was boarded for 2 nights . After we picked the kitten up , it was stressed, vomiting and plus diarrhea . We weight it at home lost close to 1lb. We dropped the kitten with the food so it can enjoy the food it was eating daily . We paid $42 per day for extra fun for kitten ( besides the lodge). Now we are at the VET for the kitten, looks like she has some stomach virus! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. JUST SCAM FOR RESORT. Maybe day care okay but RESORT SYSTEM IS TRULY BAD. And please when you say to people about resort plans tell them you charge plans separate from lodging. I will give an update little later what VET will say and upload the pictures.

  Our pup Cooper loves his days at Holiday House. He is always so excited to be greeted by their friendly staff and comes home all tuckered out from playing with the other dogs.
